How to get a student permit?To obtain a student permit in the Philippines, you must: Be at least 16 years old. Visit an LTO (Land Transportation Office) branch. Submit the following documents: 1. Duly accomplished application form. 2. Original and photocopy of birth certificate or valid passport. 3. Medical certificate from an LTO-accredited clinic. If you are a minor, a parental/guardian consent with a valid government ID of the consenting party. Complete the Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) from an LTO-accredited driving school.
